DEAR FAMILIES:

RAM is working towards our 2009-2010 fundraising goal of $30,000. Money raised will be used to fund the purchase of Montessori materials, teacher bursaries, Montessori education workshops and the repayment of the School Board loan.

To help us reach our goal, RAM is again pleased to bring you our GIFT CARD SALES fundraiser – Progressive Fundraising Event. For every gift card purchased, RAM receives a percentage of the proceeds depending on the vendors (see attached form). There are many different vendors to choose from. So if you’re stuck on gift ideas, this is a great remedy to your dilemma. Give them for Christmas or birthday presents for those who are difficult to buy for or to stock up for thank you gifts. Buy them for yourselves, to give away as presents or ask your friends, family, and co-workers to buy some to support RAM; every sale will help RAM reach our fundraising target.

To place an order, please complete the attached order form and submit it with a cheque payable to the “Richmond Association for Montessori” by Monday November 23, 2009 to your child’s school office. Certificates will be distributed at your child’s school by the first week of December 2009.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the percentage (%) column for?

This is the amount of rebate RAM is receiving from the organizer.
For example: with purchase of $100 of Chapters certificate, there will be $10 contributed to the RAM.
Other than those listed, are there any denomination available for the certificates?

No. The face value of the certificate are pre-determined and pre-printed. No custom amount will be provided.

Could I change the gift certificates back for money?

YES OR NO. Certificates listed differ from each other according to the vendors. Some of them do ( C ) and some of them don't ( NC ).

Will the RAM accept late orders?

Yes, late orders will still be processed but no guarantee for meeting the scheduled delivery.

What if there are problems with the certificates I bought?

Please contact our executives in your school or email to info@richmondmontessori.ca with details of the issue. Please note the time, place and with whom you spoke in your email. RAM will take care of any after sales issues.
