Who is RAM?

You are! The Richmond Association for Montessori (RAM) is made up of the families of Montessori students at Manoah Steves, Garden City and James McKinney Elementary schools, who work together with the school district and school administration to support the Montessori program in Richmond.

Starting in the 2015/2016 school year, the school district will assist with the funds necessary for the purchase of Montessori materials in our classrooms. RAM will continue to raise any funds to support teachers’ ongoing development and to assist with the funding of the Montessori education program in Richmond.

How can YOU help?

• Volunteer your time. We can’t do it without you. Volunteer information will come home with your children and be available on our website and Facebook page.
• Support RAM through your annual membership and fundraising activities this year.

Without parent volunteers to run RAM, our children’s classrooms will suffer. Your active participation is essential to the continued success of the Montessori Program.
